We process orders Monday through Saturday with a standard processing time of 1-2 business days. Orders ship promptly after processing.

Exceptions & Delays:

  • We are closed on Sundays, which may cause slight delays.
  • High-demand periods may extend processing time to 3+ business days.
  • Orders with incorrect payment details or address information may be delayed.

Delivery Information & Address Changes

To avoid shipping issues, double-check your delivery details before completing your purchase.

Changing Your Shipping Address

  • You have 24 hours from the time of order placement to request an address update.
  • To make changes, email us at [email protected] with the correct details.
  • After 24 hours, we cannot modify your address, and you may need to contact the shipping carrier directly.

Shipping Restrictions & Return to Sender Policy

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details, including apartment numbers.
  • If your package is returned due to incorrect address details, we cannot issue a refund.
  • Most returned packages are stored at the carrier’s facility and do not return to our warehouse.

Refunds & Missing Packages

We do not offer refunds for orders that:
❌ Were not delivered after multiple carrier attempts.
❌ Were refused by the recipient.
❌ Had incorrect address details provided by the customer.
❌ Show as “delivered” but were not received.

For missing packages, we will provide you with the carrier’s tracking information so you can follow up with them directly.


Multiple Addresses & Special Shipping

Can I Ship to Multiple Addresses?

🚫 No, we do not support shipping a single order to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders if you need items shipped to different locations.

Do You Ship to PO Boxes & Military Addresses?

✔ We ship to PO Boxes.
🚫 We do not currently ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.


Taxes & Duties

  • Import duties, taxes, and local fees are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • Orders ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), meaning customers are responsible for any import taxes charged by their country.
