I. Returns
Return Timeframe
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If 31 days have passed, we, unfortunately, cannot process a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
Your item is eligible for a return if:
- It is defective or has a manufacturing issue.
- You received an incorrect product (not as described or ordered).
- It was damaged during shipping.
- The product has expired (if applicable).
- The item does not function as intended.
To qualify, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Describe the Issue – Provide your order number, product code (SKU), and details about the issue.
- Provide Documentation – Attach clear photos or videos showing the defect under proper lighting.
Once submitted, we will review your request and notify you of approval or rejection.
⚠️ Important: If you do not respond to our emails within 3 days, or if 30 days have passed, your return request will be declined.
II. Refunds
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Stripe refunds – May take up to 48 hours to appear.
- Credit card refunds – Can take 7-14 business days, depending on your provider.
🚫 Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or tariffs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared:
- Check your bank or credit card account.
- If still missing, contact your bank or card provider.

III. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, contact [email protected] with your order details.
Once we receive your return, processing time for an exchanged item is 3-6 business days, depending on availability.
IV. Cancellations
To cancel your order, email [email protected] within 6 hours of placing it.
- Orders canceled within 6 hours – Fully refunded (excluding shipping fees).
- Orders canceled after 6 hours – Subject to a 30% cancellation fee, with a 70% refund issued.
After 6 hours, cancellations are not accepted.
V. Change of Order Information
If you need to update your shipping address or order details, email us as soon as possible. We can modify orders only within 6 hours of placement.
For product changes or cancellations, a discount code (instead of a refund) will be issued, which can be used for a future purchase.
VI. Missing Items, Incorrect Shipments & Damaged Packaging
If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, contact us immediately at [email protected] with:
- Your order number and product code (SKU).
- Clear photos of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged item.
Possible Resolutions
✔Missing item – We will ship it to you free of charge within the warranty period.
✔ Incorrect item shipped – We will either send the correct item (if available) or issue a full refund. We will also cover the return shipping cost.
🚫 Returns will not be accepted for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing original tags.

- You must provide all required documentation for returns/exchanges. Failure to do so may result in account suspension.
- LydianCustomTee.com is not responsible for damages caused by improper use or storage of products.
- Shipping risks transfer to the buyer once the order is handed over to the carrier. We are not responsible for damages or lost items caused by third-party shipping providers.
